Website Terms
Effective: September 22, 2026
These website terms govern use of the TorqueLocal public website. Paid client work should be governed by a separate written service agreement describing scope, payment, ownership, third-party costs, approvals, and cancellation terms.
No guaranteed results
Website, marketing, content, review, and follow-up services can improve a business’s customer path, but TorqueLocal does not guarantee search rankings, leads, bookings, revenue, profit, or return on investment unless a specific written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Pricing
Public package pricing describes the base service offer and may not include domains, advertising spend, texting usage, payment-processing fees, premium software, custom development, or other third-party charges. Any client-specific scope should be confirmed before work begins.
Accuracy and client approvals
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and approving claims about certifications, pricing, warranties, services, staff, promotions, and other factual details before publication.
Third-party services
TorqueLocal may rely on hosting, form, domain, analytics, scheduling, messaging, advertising, or other third-party platforms. Their availability, pricing, and terms are controlled by those providers.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website to submit unlawful content, malicious code, spam, deceptive information, or attempts to interfere with site operation.
Changes
These website terms may be updated as TorqueLocal’s services develop. A signed client agreement controls over these public website terms where the two conflict.
These are basic website terms, not a substitute for a lawyer-drafted client service agreement tailored to your business.
